Really hard to find fault. O totally dominant, D showed signs of life and the kicker we signed AFTER week one has hit everything. Gonna have to dig deep to find fault today.

Re: The Good, the Bad, and the Fugly: Jayden Goes to Arizona
One thing that may have gone unnoticed by some is that the offensive line was awesome today. They didn’t give up a sack and opened plenty of lanes for the run game. I would love to see their PFF scores from today.
Also Payne and Allen finally showed up. It could have been because Mathis and Newton played a lot so maybe they were rested. We still allowed a lot of big runs right up the middle making Conner look all pro. Luvu and Wagner played well.

Good: The game today made me feel like I felt watching the '91 Skins. That's how you are supposed to play against the Cardinals.
Bad: Do I have early-onset dementia (sadly, not that early, lol)? I'm not sure I trust what I think I saw today.
Ugly: Even though the refs corrected their garbage call on the fumble, they stuck us with two really ticky-tacky personal fouls. But, we were able to overcome both. WTF????

I have asked my wife a couple of times lately if she’s seeing what I’m seeing just to make sure no one slipped me some funny mushrooms or something…..

The good: Jayden continues to execute at a high level and the offense is impressive. The points output was totally unexpected. Running game was impressive even as we juggled the line. Defense got consistent pressure without blitzing. Special teams were well-coached. Cyborg was excellent.
The Bad: We still have a long way to go on defense. Our run tackling was inconsistent.
The Ugly: I saw a couple of guys hobble off. Hope it’s not too serious.

I think this team is starting to feed off of itself and motivate itself. Players are wanting to step up and contribute. The winning attitude of Daniels is becoming infectious in a good way. Are they perfect, no? But I think you will start to see a lot of people exceeding expectations as the weeks go on. Who thought we would see McNichols fill in for Ekeler like that and score two touch downs? If they can stay healthy, this team could be very interesting. But it's still early, I am hoping its not a facade, like in years past.

Re: The Good, the Bad, and the Fugly: Jayden Goes to Arizona
I have a problem with the basic premise of this thread, so I'm going off script and laying out-
Good:
-despite the opening drive by Arizona (and a pinpoint perfect pass on that td), the D tightened up and really stifled them for most of the game. Some of the late yardage and the 2nd TD can be attributed to a prevent-y D, but still hope to see them build off of this and tighten things up even more.
-getting a late fumble
-closing the Cards down.
Better:
- a complete game from all of the offense, defense and special teams.
-Siebert...such a great random find.
-the oline is really doing a nice job. Somehow platooning Lucas and Coleman hasn't been an issue and even Wylie has been solid.
-a Tress Way sighting!
-McNichols really stepped up with Ekeler out, nice game.
-they played fast and physical and really dominated the Cards up front.
-Dorace Armstrong showed up, really nice to see Allen and big boys carry more water this week.
Best:
- the offense...it was balanced, they executed, they spread the ball around, they were efficient. Hat's off to Kliff, he's managing them really well at this point.
- Jayden, what can you say? The game isn't too big for him and for all his abilities, I'm most impressed with how in control he appears to be. He's communicating with the sideline, and directing his guys and seems to making a lot of the right calls. He also protected himself really well this week without taking much away from his scrambling.
- BRob ran his @ss off and the offense was really well balanced.
- McLaurin, Zaccaheus, Brown, Ertz and even McCaffrey all made strong contributions.

Per Moe's premise revisitation:
Best: Not watching Nero Rivera with his arms crossed while Washington burns and a coaching staff that actually showed up with a gameplan AND in-game adjustments. In addition, somewhere I read about Josh Harris footing the bill to send everyone involved with the team directly to Phoenix after the Cincy game. It seems that we finally have a leadership group (broadly-speaking) that is interested in success.

Bestest: Jeremy McNichols shooting an arrow towards the sky. Like Trent Scott’s impassioned touchdown dance, from this past week, it was totally original and well-received.

I don’t know why that celebration was called a penalty such BS.

I think they have been calling anything that simulates a weapon as a penaly. It's been pretty uniform across the league from what I have seen. Just don't do that. Pretty simple.
The rule states... “Any violent gesture, or an act that is sexually suggestive or offensive.”

I can understand but he was imitating an arrow shooting into the sky. Don’t really think that is a violent gesture.

I get it. I dodn't make the rule, but apparently they are taking that pretty literal.
