MASCOT NAME PAGE???

So, yesterday I was on the official WFT page and there was a sub-page for fans to submit suggestions for new mascot name.
I filled out the form dilligently but it was not accepted because the format of twitter/IG handles was said to be wrong, though of course they were correct, my own. So I could not submit my doc. or web post. Today I went back to the page and the sub page is GONE. I wrote to the official help page with no luck. Does anyone have any idea about this problem? or where CAN one submit name suggestions?
